Creatine is a substance naturally produced by the body that is mainly found in the muscles. In the muscle cells, creatine is used to recovery the "energy currency" adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and thus provides additional energy for muscle contraction. This extra energy storage allows for more intense training, which results in an increase in strength (growth stimulus) and, in combination with a protein-rich diet, ultimately in increased muscle growth². The CreaZ® creatine in our Mega Mass Power is supplemented with important L-glutamine, Glutapep®, a glutamine-containing dipeptide, betaine (trimethylglycine), taurine and glycine. The high-dose creatine complex is completed by the well-known ingredient AstraGin®, which improves the absorption of the other ingredients in the small intestine and thus increases bioavailability and effectiveness.
